Today actually wanted to stay for the talk for the whole day because the last 2 speakers seem rather interesting. (and i heard that they were interesting, sadly for me.)Then i HAD to call up my workplace and tell the person that i will work (due to the fact that i felt rather guilty for cancelling and hence only one other person would be working). Well, i instantly regretted calling them when i called them as they had already found a replacement and the manager hence posted me to another place. Like whats the use of working now right. So i tried telling them that i cant work already but too bad, they(meaning the manager) now know that the talk wasn't as important as i said it was and hence, from today onwards, i'll be working at a different location (its just across the street). MOREVER, they EVEN asked me to get the damn cake from them to deliver to my new location. ARGH.Its all my fault for making things so complicated. I should have just called once to cancel last night and then ignore my guilt feelings. argggghhhhh.
Well, what to do, i cant help being someone who listens to her heart. lol.
