Anyway from all the physics/mathematical dynamic words that my friend used to explain what it is to me, i finally understood it in my own non-mathematical way.
So, one person is born on a plane which flies at a fast speed the entire time for the whole of the person’s life and not step out of the plane, ever ( impossible today, maybe possible in the future), another is born on Earth and stays on the Earth for the whole of his life without ever getting on a plane, and another is born in a rocket which moves at the speed of light outside Earth.
In the ‘same amount of time’ the Earth person would have aged by 80 years, the Plane person would have aged by about 60 years and the rocket person would have aged by 2 years!
Sounds bizarre but at the same time it makes sense! I’m sure that the person who came up with this theory seemed mad. Well then again, all greats are mad.
